With approvals by the Illinois Historic Commission, the Fort Sheridan Historic Committee and the Highland Park Historic Preservation Board, the exterior of this new construction custom residence had to incorporate materials and design details of the surrounding historic homes. Constructed of reclaimed brick matching those original to Fort Sheridan and replicating the signature arches of architects Holabird and Root, the residence appears completely harmonious with its 120 year old neighbors.
